Bharti Airtel

Bharti
Airtel company is in the business of communication and its primary
business is mobile phone connection to the customers in India. Lets see
whether Bharti Airtel Ltd. can be a good choice of investment for
traders and investors for the future:-
The Product : The
product of the company. Airtel sim and data plan is indeed a good one.
Airtel connectivity is better then any other company in India.
However, JIO has made a big impact in its customer base. Still we find
Airtel better then JIO in terms of its services. However, the opinion
of reader may be different.
Future Demand and Stability: The
demand for the Mobile Phone connection will remain in the future.
However, Airtel is fighting with a Giant “JIO” whose strategy in the
market is “disruptive strategy”. So stability is a little doubtful
regarding Airtel. So we are not so hopeful towards Bharti Airtel.
Expansion : The
expansion in the Mobile connection service has already been done alot.
Here the question is whether the Bharti Airtel would able to retain it
customer or can expand its user base which is a little doubtful. However
I still prefer Airtel over GIO.
Cash :
As i said earlier, cash is always king. Any company needs cash to
build infrastructure and expansion. The balance sheet of the company
doesnt so any lucrative / interesting thing in the Balance sheet.

We
can see above, the Bharti Airtel is completely rangebound between
Rs.300 to Rs.420. We have also seen that there is nothing much
interesting in the four factors i.e. expansion and cash.
Future forcast :
As per above , we do not find something big or interesting which can
make our investment in the share big or multibagger. In our opinion the
share would not perform good in the coming year 2020 and 2021
Any
Investor or Trader want his money to grow fast. For this , the
investor or traders should use complete analysis of the above four
factors product, future demand and stability, expansion ability and
cash. Besides this , a complete analysis of Balancesheet is also
required like Debt, Employees Cost, Raw Stock, Cash Flow and a
conclusion that the company is going to do something big in the near
future.
